- The promotion is only open to individuals (the "entrants") who are 18 years of age or older excluding the employees and vendors of IASbet.com & Canbet.com.au and its related and parent companies ("the promoter"), and their immediate families.

- Registered players will earn 1 entry into the draw for:

- Every $100 bet (turned over and settled during promotional period) on Multiples, Quinella,
Exacta and Trifecta, bets.
- Every $200 bet (turned over and settled during promotional period) on all other bets.
- The prize will be drawn at random on Tuesday, 29 September 2009. The decision of management will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winning entrant agrees to authorise the promoter to use their name and photograph for publicity purposes and agrees to reasonably co-operate with the promoter in publicising the promotion.
- The winner will be announced on the promoter's website before close of business on Tuesday, 29 September 2009. The winner will be contacted by the promoter via telephone within 48 hours of the draw. The promoter will conduct all reasonable efforts to notify the winner. If the winner is not contactable for a period of at least 72 hours following the draw, a redraw will take place.
- If at any time it is deemed by management, that the spirit and/or intention of the promotion has been violated, the promoter retains the right to refuse the entrant entry into the draw or withdraw the prize at their discretion. Management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion is a joint promotion between IASbet.com and Canbet.com.au. Entrants will receive entries for their activity at each of the individual brands. Entries will be issued by each individual brand and not by the sum of the total activity across both brands.
- No physical tickets for the promotion will be issued.
